Começa o ano e começam as premiações. Já teve o Globo de Ouro, ontem teve Critics’ Choice Awards e em breve, dia 24 de fevereiro, terá a grande cerimônia do Oscar.

Hoje vamos te mostrar os vencedores da 24ª edição do Critics’ Choice Awards, que é promovido e votado pelos especialistas da Broadcast Film Critics Association e da Broadcast Television Journalists Association. O prêmio é considerado um termômetro para o Oscar, pois, historicamente, os ganhadores do Critics’ Choice Awards se repetem no Oscar.

O grande destaque e vencedor da noite foi “Roma”, que ganhou nas categorias de melhor filme, melhor filme estrangeiro, melhor direção e melhor fotografia. Já o filme  “A Favorita”, que foi o mais indicado, levou apenas dois prêmios, de melhor atriz de comédia, para Olivia Colman, e melhor elenco.

Com dois empates na premiação, Lady Gaga (Nasce Uma Estrela) teve que dividir o prêmio de melhor atriz com Glenn Close (A Esposa), e na categoria Melhor Atriz em uma série dramática, Amy Adams (Sharp Objects) e Patricia Arquette (Escape From Dannemora) também dividiram o palco e o prêmio.
